Solution 1 : (logout & login) if you installed facebook app on your both iphone or ipad devices and its on same wifi network, follow my guide. on your ipad, remove facebook app, facebook messenger app, remove facebook account settings in setting app.. Using the safari browser to access facebook saves battery, but if the website does not work using the official facebook app might help as the facebook issues on iphone might be related to your browser.. Every time i open the facebook app it keeps saying "network error" have even deleted the app and downloaded again still not working reset phone still not working everything else works on my phone fine internet wise such as ebay google ect.
I had this problem in the last two days, and i’m sure i’m not the only one. the solution is here! firstly, click on the account tab on the top left hand corner of the application. select help center.. enter your login details in the top right corner.. 3. after the device is completely off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the apple logo appearing on your screen.. 4. forget wifi network and rejoin. in case you are able to see the wifi network on your iphone, you can use this troubleshooting method of making your iphone forget the wifi network and make it rejoin the network again..
